And, Mooresville, NC is still a GREAT place to buy or sell a home because the market appears to be steadier than most! according to Zillow, our average home prices are staying well above the National averages!
Even though we have seen a recent drop in home sales, more inventory on the market, and less buyers through our lovely Lake Norman area, Mooresville seems to be holding its value at a higher percentage than other parts of the country!
It sure does make me feel better about home values here! That is great for buyers and sellers!
