THIS EVENT WAS A BLAST LAST MONTH! Who doesn't want to try some yoga and then have a wine social afterwards?? Interesting and FUN! Starts at 7:15 but get there a couple min. early to put your stuff up.
30 members max for this event. $5 cash or check at the door. All levels and beginners encouraged to sign up!

Take I-77N Exit 28. Take Left onto Catawba Ave. Take Right onto Torrence Chapel Rd (at Taco Bell). Take left into Nautilus center across from Shoppes on the Greene. GO UPSTAIRS!!
Yoga Practice will be from 7p-8p with a Wine/Cheese/Chocolate/Water social following until 9pm.
***Please bring Yoga Mat if you can. They do have some extras if you forget. Please bring a water bottle if you can to make sure you are hydrated well. And dress in yoga, workout attire and bring a small towel. They have changing rooms/locker area. If you have any questions about what to wear, please call (704) 688-7256 or 704-425-2574
