I meet a lot of folks every day because I network. I network a lot. Did I say "a lot"? :-)
I visit a variety of groups, like the Mooresville Chamber, Lake Norman Chamber, LKN Wine Group, LKN Social Club, and Lake Norman Jet Ski club and I try to listen to the members and their thoughts about the area. I've noticed that Lake Norman has so many relocations like myself that it's tough to find a local native!
That's why it's so important to make new connections on a daily basis. People move for a variety of reasons but we all need to find and make a connection with someone in the real estate business.
I try to meet as many folks as I can and to have conversation about Lake Norman area real estate because I genuinely want to be the "expert" in the market. I want to know what others are feeling about the market. And, I want to get to know people so that I can make sure people know that I am in the service industry and am there to help with all their real estate needs!

She enjoys organizing charity events, cooking, fitness hobbies, and spending time with her family; her father who is dealing with early stages of alzheimer's disease, Newman (a teacup chihuaha), Bruno (also a teacup chihuaha), Hannah (a cocker spaniel), and Cassidy (a rescue calico cat from the humane society). She likes to run 5Ks,10Ks,and Half marathons in her spare time and is an active member in the Lake Norman Tennis Association and USTA.
