MLK Blvd(2nd Street) & College Street, In The Wachovia #1 Building.

Anticipated Training Teams For Program This Year
7 Minutes Per Mile Team =43:30 10K Time----Continuous Running
8 Minutes Per Mile Team = 49:42 10K Time-----Continuous running
9 Minutes Per Mile Team = 55:54 10K Time-----Continuous running
10 Minutes Per Mile Team = 1:02:06 10k Time--Continuous running
11 Minutes Per Mile Team = 1:08:18 10k Time--Continuous running
12 Minutes Per Mile Team = 1:14:30 10k Time---3 min running/1 min walk
13 Minutes Per Mile Team = 1:20:42 10k Time---2 min running/1 min walk
14 Minutes Per Mile Team = 1:26:54 10k Time---1 min running/1 min walk
Walking Team --- Will Walk 6.2 miles at either or both races.
You Can Try 1st Run Or Walk Before You Sign Up.
We Will Start At Low Mileage and Work Our Way To 6 Miles.
