Sandy - great cause to keep those who need to be off the street safe and our streets safe as well!  My kids in college have volunteered to be designated drivers for similar campus outreach programs and the stories they can tell!  Glad thereare programs of responsibility to help those who have made some little over celebration choices.  Nice post to promote the effort!
