According to the Charlotte Business Journal, May 13, 2009, the Charlotte area median home prices have dropped 11% from over a year ago. But still it is lower than the National average of 13.8%. According to Zillow, the prices in Iredell county have dropped up to 22% in some areas! Wow!
Hey Folks, it's truly a "buyer's market". We are in the here and now and rates are still very low (around 5%).
I believe we are market will be back on the upswing by the end of the 4th quarter this year, after everything that I have been reading and analyzing.
